4 Day Uluru Adventure

OVERVIEW

Uluru, as iconic as they come. Not once have I had a traveller return who didn’t rave about this special destination. Although isolated, Uluru provides all the creature comforts to make a trip unforgettable. Five star resorts, award winning dining experiences and a rich cultural offering that is alive and ready to be explored. You can hire a car to embark on your own adventure, or pre book a huge array of guided tours allowing you to meet other travelers and immerse yourself into the destination. Sightseeing experiences range from sunset helicopter flights to camel rides to spiritual sunrises over the sacred rock. This one is a must do!

WHEN TO GO

Central Australia is incredible at any time of the year. The local Anangu people recognise five different seasons in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. The only time we would suggest to avoid if you struggle with the heat, is mid November through to mid January. The days are hot and there is little vegetation around.

May to September: We believe this is the best time to experience Uluru. The maximum temperatures during the day ranges between 20 - 30 degrees.
August and September see the parks wildflower’s bloom. The nights can get to below zero so be sure to pack a warm jacket!

WHAT DOES IT COST

This all depends on how much touring you want to include. We would say a ballpark figure would be anywhere from $1200 - $2000 per person. Flights, accommodation and touring included.

Steering clear of the oh so popular June/July season will also save you a pretty penny. We like to take advantage of low season promotions which are usually valid for travel in March/April and October/November.

Our Uluru trip was outstanding, we never dreamed it would be so great. Trip of a lifetime. All of it.
