Vietnam
A country that surprises you at every turn – Vietnam is a sensory overload in the best way possible. It’s colourful, full of contrast, and incredibly welcoming. Whether you’re wandering the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An, cruising between limestone islands in Ha Long Bay, or escaping to the misty mountain villages of the north, there’s something here for every kind of traveller. I’ve explored it myself and loved every minute.
It’s a brilliant option for families wanting a cultural experience, or couples looking to blend history, scenery and street food. From small ship cruising to group touring to custom-designed trips – Vietnam is a winner on every level.
Unique experience - Explore the Caves of Phong Nha
Tucked into the jungle-clad mountains of central Vietnam, Phong Nha’s enormous limestone caves feel like another world. Paddle underground rivers, walk through echoing chambers, and marvel at nature’s quiet grandeur – a true off-the-beaten-path adventure.
Japan
Japan has an energy like nowhere else – futuristic yet traditional, peaceful yet thrilling. I recently travelled there with my daughter in the middle of winter, and it was absolutely magical. We soaked in the buzz of Tokyo, found calm in Kyoto, and fell in love with the snowy charm of Takayama.
Rail is the heartbeat of travel here – fast, seamless, and scenic. Japan is especially popular for families who have already ‘done’ parts of Asia and are looking for something deeper, cleaner, safer and entirely unique.

A new favourite on the radar, the Philippines is bursting with adventure. It’s perfect for travellers who want to island-hop their way through powder-white beaches, turquoise water, and laid-back local culture.
I had the opportunity to explore Manila and Bohol Island recently and it completely exceeded my expectation. An English speeking country with a rich, proud culture. I loved the warm weather, friendly faces and unforgettable scenery.

Northern Territory
This place has my heart. There’s a rawness to the Northern Territory that’s hard to put into words – it’s powerful, humbling, and incredibly grounding.
From the ochre domes of Kata Tjuta to the croc-filled rivers of Kakadu, it’s a place where the stories run deep. Whether you’re road-tripping through the Top End or standing in awe at Uluru, this is a destination best explored with time, a good playlist, and a sense of curiosity.

Western Australia
This is home for me. From wheatbelt towns to wild coastlines, I’ve explored WA deeply – and love helping others do the same.

Canada is ideal for scenic rail journeys, small group tours or well-paced road trips. You can even tack on a cruise to Alaska for that extra wow factor. For travellers wanting something wild yet safe, familiar yet foreign – Canada is magic.
